Proprietary Deep Technology
Ainir combines NIR spectroscopy, industrial machine vision, AI-based recognition and patented mechanical separation technology. This enables the system to identify both polymer type and product category and create refined, traceable material streams.
Recycling at the Source
Cyclotron 365 is designed for deployment at or close to hospitals. It receives, identifies, sorts, shreds and collects selected plastics as uniform flakes for further processing and future use in new products.
Scalable Business Model
Ainir’s model is designed around the deployment and operation of Cyclotron 365 facilities at hospitals and healthcare regions. The model combines recurring, volume-based revenues with long-term service, data and traceability capabilities. By processing plastics close to the source, Ainir reduces waste-handling costs, transport requirements and material losses while creating high-quality circular feedstock for industrial customers.

Ainir’s proprietary separation technology has been granted patent protection in Norway, supported by an international intellectual property strategy. The company has also received recognition and development support from Norwegian and European innovation programmes.
