Ainir continuously advances our patented technology across three core domains: mechanical processing, intelligent recognition, and digital traceability.
We refine our mechanical systems to increase precision, throughput, and reliability. In parallel, we advance object recognition and AI-driven spectral analysis to improve how materials are identified and understood — even in complex and mixed waste streams. At the same time, we develop our digital tracking platform to strengthen traceability, data integrity, and system integration across the value chain.
Together, these capabilities form an integrated system — where physical processing, intelligent recognition, and data are continuously refined to improve how materials are recovered, understood, and reintroduced into new production.

Data & Traceability

As part of this, Ainir has developed a digital tracking platform that enables full traceability of plastic materials — from used plastics at source to new production.
Each material stream is identified, classified, and documented through our AI-driven sorting and spectral analysis systems. By combining object recognition, material identification, and real-time data capture, we create a continuous and verifiable digital record throughout the recycling process.
This level of traceability supports material quality, regulatory compliance, and acceptance of recycled materials in demanding applications. It also provides stakeholders with precise, data-driven insights into volumes, material composition, recovery rates, and carbon impact.
The result is not only high-quality recycled material, but also the documentation and transparency required to validate circular performance in practice.
